Puff Pastry Appetizers
|Pie crust mix stick||1|
|Chicken filling/Tuna-olive filling||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In saucepan heat 2/3 cup water to boiling.
Crumble pie crust mix; add to boiling water all at once.
Stir vigorously over low heat till dough forms a ball.
Cook and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
Add eggs; beat vigorously for 2 minutes.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 425° oven 20 to 25 minutes or till puffed, golden, and dry.
Cool on wire rack.
Split puffs; remove inside webbing.
To serve, fill with Chicken or Tuna-Olive Filling.
