Oyster Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound (110 Grams)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 375 Milliliter, grated (1 1/2 Cups)
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , separated
  Canned smoked oysters 8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 4 Ounce / 110 Grams)
  Bread rounds 32 (1 1/2 Inch Diameter)
  Finely chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Beat butter, cheese and sherry together.
Add egg yolk and blend well.
Whisk egg white till soft peaks form.
Fold egg white into cheese mixture.
Place 1 oyster on each round of bread.
Top with 1 tsp (5 ml) of cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and paprika.
Place on baking sheets.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10 minutes and serve piping hot.
