Crab Meat In Choux Paste Puffs

Ingredients
  Crab meat 1 Pound
  Fresh horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (hard boiled)
  Cream puffs 30 Small
Directions

Mix the ingredients well and heap into the hollowed-out cream puff shells.
Garnish with grated egg or chopped parsley.
