  Soft bread crumbs 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (4 To 5 Slices)
Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Lemon 1 Medium, peel grated
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Poppy seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. Mix 2 cups of the bread crumbs, the cheese, tuna, milk, egg yolks, lemon peel, lemon juice, onion, salt and mustard. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry; fold into tuna mixture. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Elevate casserole on inverted 9-inch pie plate in microwave. Cover loosely and microwave on medium (50%) 4 minutes; rotate casserole 1/2 turn. Microwave until center is almost set, 4 to 7 minutes longer. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. (Center will become set while standing.)
2. Toss remaining bread, the margarine and poppy seed; sprinkle evenly over casserole. Set conventional oven control to broil and/or 550°. Broil with top 3 to 4 inches from heat until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
