Ingredients
For ham salad filling
  Frozen peas 5 Ounce (Half Of 10 Ounce Package)
  Cooked cubed ham 1 Pound (1 Cup)
  Grated mild cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Rinse peas under cold water to separate, but do not thaw; drain.
Combine peas with ham, cheese, minced onion and mustard.
Put in a 1-gallon freezer bag and freeze.
