Breakfast Puffs

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, melted
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8 large or 12 medium muffin cups.
Mix shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and egg together thoroughly.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together.
Add to first mixture alternately with milk.
Spoon into muffin cups, filling
