Herby Potato Puffs
|Choux pastry||1 (1 Quantity)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Potatoes||12 Ounce, boiled and mashed (350 Gram)|
|Chopped fresh herbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Make the pastry according to the recipe instructions.
Grate the cheese coarsely.
Beat the potatoes, cheese and herbs into the pastry.
Season to taste.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry spoonfuls of the mixture until crisp and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
