Ingredients
  Choux pastry 1 (1 Quantity)
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Potatoes 12 Ounce, boiled and mashed (350 Gram)
  Chopped fresh herbs 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Make the pastry according to the recipe instructions.
Grate the cheese coarsely.
Beat the potatoes, cheese and herbs into the pastry.
Season to taste.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry spoonfuls of the mixture until crisp and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
