Yorkshire Cheese Puff

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄16 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in 9-inch square pan.
Combine in mixer bowl flour, salt, pepper, eggs and milk.
Beat with electric mixer or rotary beater until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
Pour batter into 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
