Cream Puff Or Choux Paste

Ingredients
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
Directions

1. Put hot water, butter, sugar, and salt into a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Add the flour all at one time. Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is smooth after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is thick and smooth.
4. Dough may be used immediately or may be wrapped in waxed paper and refrigerated overnight.
