Crab-Asparagus Puffs

Ingredients
  Frozen crab meat 6 Ounce, thawed and drained on paper towels (1 Package)
  Shredded swiss cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Real mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hellmann's Or Best Foods, Divided)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen asparagus spears 10 Ounce, cooked, well drained (1 Package)
  Italian bread slice 4 , toasted (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Egg 1 , separated
Directions

In medium bowl, stir together crab meat, cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, and prepared horseradish until well mixed; set aside.
Arrange asparagus on toast; top with crab mixture.
Place on baking sheet.
In small bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
In another small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat egg yolk and remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise until light and fluffy.
Fold egg white into yolk mixture; spoon over crab mixture.
Bake in 400°F.oven 10 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
