Salad Bowl Puff
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Bisquick baking mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400°.
Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
Heat water and margarine to boiling in 2 quart pan.
Add baking mix all at once.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs 1 at a time, beat till smooth.
Spread in bottom of pie plate.
Bake until puffed and dry in center, about 35-40 minutes.
Just before serving fill with Ham Salad Filling.
Cut into wedges.
