Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar replacement 2 Teaspoon
  Creamy peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Directions

Beat egg whites and salt until frothy.
Add sugar replacement, beating until mixture is stiff, and fold in peanut butter.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 minutes.
