Icy Peach Cream Puffs

Ingredients
  Cream puff pastry 1 (1 Recipe)
  Sugar free low fat vanilla ice cream/Frozen yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned peach in juice 30 Ounce, drained, chopped and chilled
Directions

Prepare the basic cream puff recipe.
Bake the puffs.
When ready to serve, put 1/2 cup (60 mL) ice cream in each puff.
Distribute the chopped peaches over the ice cream.
