Icy Peach Cream Puffs
|Cream puff pastry||1 (1 Recipe)|
|Sugar free low fat vanilla ice cream/Frozen yogurt||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned peach in juice||30 Ounce, drained, chopped and chilled|
Prepare the basic cream puff recipe.
Bake the puffs.
When ready to serve, put 1/2 cup (60 mL) ice cream in each puff.
Distribute the chopped peaches over the ice cream.
