Frozen Raspberry Cream Puffs
|Cream puff pastry||1⁄2 Pound|
|Raspberry filling||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Raspberry Cream Pie)|
Prepare the basic cream puffs and the filling for the raspberry cream pie.
Bake the puffs.
Spoon the filling into the cream puffs, put on the tops, and freeze them.
After they are frozen, put them in plastic freezer bags.
Remove from the freezer at the beginning of dinner and they will be ready by dessert time.
