Frozen Chocolate Cream Puffs

Ingredients
  Cream puff pastry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar-free chocolate pudding mix 8 Ounce (Two 4 Ounce Packages)
Directions

Prepare the basic cream puffs.
Bake them.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the skim milk and the pudding mix with an electric mixer until thick.
Scoop the pudding into the cream puffs.
Put the tops on and freeze.
When frozen, put them in plastic bags until you are ready to use them.
