Lemon Filled Cream Puffs
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare Basic Eclair dough.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° till golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes.
Split; cool on rack.
For filling, stir together pudding and sour cream.
Whip cream; fold into pudding mixture.
Just before serving, fill cream puffs with pudding mixture.
