Lemon Filled Cream Puffs is a tasty and addictive pastry that I simply cant get enough of. Even my guests complaint good naturedly about how they simply cant stop taking extra servings of this wonderful Lemon Filled Cream Puffs. Don€™t miss this!
Ingredients
  Eclairs 1 (Basic)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Prepare Basic Eclair dough.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° till golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes.
Split; cool on rack.
For filling, stir together pudding and sour cream.
Whip cream; fold into pudding mixture.
Chill.
Just before serving, fill cream puffs with pudding mixture.
