Shrimp Puffs has a nice taste. Shrimp puffs tastes much better with eggs. Shrimp puffs are an easy to make dish.
  White bread slice 2 , crusts removed, hand torn
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baby shrimp 8 Ounce, chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a bowl, combine bread, egg and mayonnaise until smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch (3.75 cm) balls.
Arrange on a non stick baking sheet.
Bake in oven 25 minutes or until golden brown.
