|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baby shrimp||8 Ounce, chopped|
|Sweet red pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a bowl, combine bread, egg and mayonnaise until smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch (3.75 cm) balls.
Arrange on a non stick baking sheet.
Bake in oven 25 minutes or until golden brown.
