|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
Sift flour and measure.
Add baking powder, salt and pepper.
Combine potatoes, eggs and flour.
Drop by teaspoon into deep fat and fry golden brown.
