Fish Potato Puffs is a perfect appetizer. Fish Potato Puffs gets its taste from fish with mash vegetable flavored by lemon juice. Fish Potato Puffs is inspired by many restaurants across the world.
Ingredients
  Flaked cooked white fish 12 Ounce
  Seasoning To Taste
  Finely chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Hard boiled egg sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mashed potato 8 Ounce, mashed well
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
Directions

Toss onion and celery in the butter, mix with potato, fish, lemon, parsley and egg yolks.
Season well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put into souffle dish and bake for 40 minutes in moderately hot oven (400°F.€”Gas Mark 5).
