Fish Potato Puffs

|Flaked cooked white fish||12 Ounce|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Hard boiled egg sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Mashed potato||8 Ounce, mashed well|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery||1 Tablespoon|
Toss onion and celery in the butter, mix with potato, fish, lemon, parsley and egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put into souffle dish and bake for 40 minutes in moderately hot oven (400°F.€”Gas Mark 5).
