|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||8 Ounce|
|Sifted all purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Blend butter and cheese until smooth.
Mix in a blend of the flour, paprika, dry mustard, and cay enne pepper.
Shape dough into rolls about 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Place about 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 400°F about 8 minutes.
