Cheddar Puffs

Cheddar Puffs has creamy taste. The cheddar cheese with pepper and mustard gives the Cheddar Puffs a two dimensional taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Paprika 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend butter and cheese until smooth.
Mix in a blend of the flour, paprika, dry mustard, and cay enne pepper.
Shape dough into rolls about 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Place about 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 400°F about 8 minutes.
