Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (Land O Lakes)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Regular Or Instant Blending)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar; cream well.
Add salt, flour, lime juice, lemon rind and egg yolks; beat until smooth.
Blend in milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold into egg yolk mixture.
