Lemon Pudding

Lemon pudding is a dessert containing lemon sauce. Due to the presence of lemon, the lemon pudding has a tangy taste and well-liked by Americans.

Basic ingredients of lemon pudding are flour, sugar, grated lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, egg yolk, unsalted butter, milk and cream. Mix all the ingredients except milk and egg yolk in a food processor. Beat the egg yolk until fluffy and add to the mixture along with milk. Pour the mixture into the pudding moulds and bake.

Emerald topped lemon rice pudding, baked lemon cake pudding, hot lemon soufflé pudding and lemon crème parfaits are some special lemon pudding recipes.
