Sour Milk Pudding

Ingredients
  Sour milk 1 Quart
  Eggs 3 Small
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the milk slowly until it separates, and drain the whey from the curd.
Add the eggs, powdered sugar, and lemon-juice to the curd, and beat thoroughly.
Caramelize the granulated sugar and pour it into a mold.
Add the curd mixture and bake the pudding at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set. A skewer should come out clean when inserted in the center.

at what temp does this bake?

I usually bake it at 350 to 375 degree Fahrenheit in a convection oven. It should be set on the sides and a bit wobbly and soft in the center. Remove and let it cool completely before inverting it onto a platter.
