Sour Milk Pudding
|Sour milk||1 Quart|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||4 Tablespoon|
Heat the milk slowly until it separates, and drain the whey from the curd.
Add the eggs, powdered sugar, and lemon-juice to the curd, and beat thoroughly.
Caramelize the granulated sugar and pour it into a mold.
Add the curd mixture and bake the pudding at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set. A skewer should come out clean when inserted in the center.
