Cottage Cheese Pudding
|Flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
3.Cream shortening and add sugar gradually.
4.Beat in egg and vanilla.
5.Alternately add flour and milk to sugar mixture, beating after each addition until smooth.
6.Pour into 8x8x2 inch greased pan and bake in moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
7.Serve with berry dressing
