This Quick Pudding Cookies is for sure one of the best desserts to be found; in fact, this is one such dessert that directly appeals to both pudding and cookie lovers. Also, one of the simplest desserts, this Quick Pudding Cookies requires just about 12 min of bkaing time, so just go for it!
Ingredients
  Instant pudding and pie filling 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package Of Four Serving Size, Use Jell-O, Any Flavor)
  All purpose biscuit mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine pudding mix and biscuit mix in medium bowl.
Stir in oil, egg and water, blending well.
Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375° oven for about 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
Store in tightly covered container.
