Quick Pudding Cookies
|Instant pudding and pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package Of Four Serving Size, Use Jell-O, Any Flavor)|
|All purpose biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
Combine pudding mix and biscuit mix in medium bowl.
Stir in oil, egg and water, blending well.
Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375Â° oven for about 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
Store in tightly covered container.
