Molded Chocolate Pudding
|Bitter chocolate/1/2 cake of sweet chocolate||3|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Marshmallow whip||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use As Required)|
|Cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Required)|
1.In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and sugar in the milk in a double boiler.
2.Add the gelatin, previously soaked in three tablespoons of water.
3.Pour the mixture into a wet mold and let it stand in a cool place until the pudding is firm.
4.Turn the pudding on to a glass dish and garnish it with beaten egg whites mixed with marshmallow whip.
5.Place a cherry in the center of each mound of garnish.
6.Serve with cream
