Molded Chocolate Pudding

The molded chocolate pudding is a gelatin dessert pudding made with chocolate and milk. Prepared with added eggs, I like to serve the molded chocolate pudding with marshmallow whip and cherry.
Ingredients
  Bitter chocolate/1/2 cake of sweet chocolate 3
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2
  Marshmallow whip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use As Required)
  Cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and sugar in the milk in a double boiler.
2.Add the gelatin, previously soaked in three tablespoons of water.
3.Pour the mixture into a wet mold and let it stand in a cool place until the pudding is firm.
4.Turn the pudding on to a glass dish and garnish it with beaten egg whites mixed with marshmallow whip.
5.Place a cherry in the center of each mound of garnish.
SERVING
6.Serve with cream
