Orange Coconut Cream Pudding
|Coconut cream pudding and pie filling/Vanilla / chocolate / chocolate fudge flavor pudding and pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, 4-Serving Size, Jell-O)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Microwave: Combine pudding mix and milk in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl; blend well.
Cook at HIGH 3 minutes.
Stir well and cook 2 minutes longer; then stir again and cook 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in orange juice and rind.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
