Orange Coconut Cream Pudding

When the summer is on, it is Fruit pudding time at home and this Orange Coconut Cream Pudding has always been a hit with kids and adults alike. It's good with real orange juice and orange rind flavoring and what's more exciting is the flavored jello mix used. I tell you, you are definitely worth this wonderful dessert, so go ahead and give it a try.
  Coconut cream pudding and pie filling/Vanilla / chocolate / chocolate fudge flavor pudding and pie filling 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, 4-Serving Size, Jell-O)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Microwave: Combine pudding mix and milk in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl; blend well.
Cook at HIGH 3 minutes.
Stir well and cook 2 minutes longer; then stir again and cook 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in orange juice and rind.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
