Pear Pudding De Luxe
|Canned pears||58 Ounce, drained (Two 29 Ounce Each Container)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground mace||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Coarsely dice pears and put into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle evenly with a mixture of the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and mace; mix lightly.
Combine in a bowl the rolled oats, flour, and brown sugar.
Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly.
Spoon mixture evenly over pears.
Bake at 350Â°F 45 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and topping is lightly browned.
