Rich Chocolate Pudding
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
Combine chocolate and milk into the top of a double boiler.
Cook over simmering water until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir over boiling water until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in extract and butter.
Pour into serving dishes and chill.
