Tapioca Custard Pudding
|Scalded milk||1 Pint|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Minute tapioca||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Add tapioca to milk; cook in double boiler 30 minutes.
Add eggs to sugar and salt.
Gradually pour on hot mixture; turn into buttered pudding dish.
Add butter; put in pan of hot water.
Bake in 325 Â°F oven 30 minutes.
One cup of almost any chopped, canned, or stewed fruits or berries can be added.
