Tapioca Custard Pudding is an easy to prepare dessert which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this Tapioca Custard Pudding!
Ingredients
  Scalded milk 1 Pint
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Minute tapioca 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add tapioca to milk; cook in double boiler 30 minutes.
Add eggs to sugar and salt.
Gradually pour on hot mixture; turn into buttered pudding dish.
Add butter; put in pan of hot water.
Bake in 325 °F oven 30 minutes.
One cup of almost any chopped, canned, or stewed fruits or berries can be added.
