Raisin & Cinnamon Bread Pudding
|Stale bread slices||8|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seeded raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon extract||1 Teaspoon|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Dip slices of stale bread in slightly salted water until they are soft.
3.Drain and put into a bowl, adding the well-beaten eggs, the sugar, and the seeded raisins.
4.Scald the milk, flavor it with the cinnamon and lemon extract, pour it over the bread, and fill a greased pudding-dish with the mixture.
5.Set in a pan of hot water and cook in the oven for 45-60 minutes.
6.Serve with vanilla ice cream
