Bread Pudding

This bread pudding is a delicious bread and raisin pudding spiced with nutmeg. Flavored with a hint of vanilla, the bread pudding is baked to prepare and is an aboslute delight , especially in the winter!
Ingredients
  Dry breadcrumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk until soft.
3.Beat eggs until light; add sugar, salt, nutmeg, vanilla and raisins.
4.Mix thoroughly with bread mixture.
5.Pour into greased baking dish and set in pan of hot water.
6.Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
SERVING
7.Serve with cream
