|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.In a bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk until soft.
3.Beat eggs until light; add sugar, salt, nutmeg, vanilla and raisins.
4.Mix thoroughly with bread mixture.
5.Pour into greased baking dish and set in pan of hot water.
6.Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7.Serve with cream
