|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cherries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening.
Beat eggs slightly, add milk, then add mixture to dry ingredients.
Add cherries and mix lightly.
Pour into greased pudding dish.
Cover with two thicknesses of waxed paper, tie securely, and place on rack in cooler.
Add 2 cups water to cooker, and steam 15 minutes without pressure.
Bring pressure to 15 lbs.and process 30 minutes.
