Chocolate Spicy Bread Pudding
|Semi sweet chocolate bits||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh bread crumbs||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Tablespoon|
Melt chocolate morsels over 1 cup hot (not boiling) water.
Remove from water; beat in remaining ingredients except cream, beating vigorously with rotary beater or electric mixer.
Pour into 6 greased custard cups; place cups in shallow baking pan.
Bake in preheated 400Â° F oven 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with light cream.
