Easy Cinnamon Rice Pudding
|Ginger root piece/1 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Inch, chopped|
|Raw rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut milk||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Whole cloves||1 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon sticks||6 (2 Inches Long)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
Tie whole spices in cheesecloth.
Add spice bag, salt, and rice to 5 cups coconut milk.
Simmer until rice is tender and almost dry, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove spice bag; add remaining coconut milk, sugar, and raisins.
Stir, simmer until rice is almost dry; sprinkle with cinnamon
