Easy Cinnamon Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Ginger root piece/1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 Inch, chopped
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon sticks 6 (2 Inches Long)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Tie whole spices in cheesecloth.
Add spice bag, salt, and rice to 5 cups coconut milk.
Simmer until rice is tender and almost dry, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove spice bag; add remaining coconut milk, sugar, and raisins.
Stir, simmer until rice is almost dry; sprinkle with cinnamon
