Easy Rice Pudding
|Vanilla pudding and pie filling mix||3 1⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place pudding mix in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Gradually stir in milk.
Stir in remaining ingredients except nutmeg.
Microwave 7 to 9 minutes or until pudding comes to a boil.
Stir every 3 minutes during cooking.
Stir and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
