Puddings And Custards
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen concentrated orange juice||6 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (1 Can, Eagle Brand)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
In large size bowl, soften gelatine in cold water.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
Add fruit concentrate; stir until blended.
Add sweetened condensed milk.
Chill until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites, stirring frequently.
Gently fold in whipped cream.
Turn into sherbert glasses.
Refrigerate until firm.
If desired, garnish with fresh fruit.
