Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Day old bread slices 6 , cubed
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into small pieces
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine water and sugar in deep saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 20 minutes, or until syrupy.
Arrange alternate layers of bread cubes, syrup, raisins, butter, cinnamon, cheese, and almonds in baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until firm.
