Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant oatmeal with apples and cinnamon 4 1⁄2 Ounce (3 Packets, 1 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix egg yolk with a small amount of milk (measured from the 2 cups milk) in a 1 1/2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir every 2 minutes during cooking.
