Marmalade Pudding (Steamed)

This steamed marmalade pudding is a wonderfully flavorful pudding made with orange marmalade. Creamed withbutter, sugar eggs and flour, the marmalade pudding is steamed and served fresh.
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted all-purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Grease small tins or small angel cake pan.
Cream butter, add sugar, then eggs and beat well.
Add water and marmalade.
Sift flour, soda and baking powder and fold into first mixture.
Blend till smooth.
Fill tins or cake pan two thirds full.
Cover and steam 2 hours.
Serve with sauce.
Freeze leftover pudding and when heated again it is just as fresh
