Molasses Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Scalded milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter/Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peel 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Scald milk and add butter, molasses and pour over crumbs.
Let stand 1/2 hour, add eggs, spices and salt and slightly floured fruit.
Bake at 350F until custard is set.
