Rice And Coconut Pudding
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced candied citron||1 Tablespoon|
Combine milk, rice, sugar, and coconut in deep saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Add citron, spoon into dessert dishes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve hot or cold
