The Mishmishieh is a delight to your taste buds. If you are looking for a unique fruit dessert then this is the one for you. You have to experience the addictive taste of Mishmishieh for yourself .
Ingredients
  Dried apricots 500 Gram
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rose water 2 Teaspoon
  Blanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chopped Or Slivered)
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Bring apricots, water and sugar slowly to the boil and cook 20-25 minutes until fruit is very soft. Put the mixture through a sieve or puree in blender or food processor. Return to saucepan, blend cornflour with extra 1/2 cup water, add to puree and bring mixture to boil, stirring and cook for 3 mintues. Add rosewater to taste. Spoon the pudding into 6 dessert dishes and chill. Top with almonds and serve with whipped cream. Serves 6.
