Sun Glory Papaw Pudding
|Milk||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter Or 1 1/4 Cups)|
|Semolina||2 Ounce (50 Grams Or 1/3 Cup)|
|Gelatin powder||1⁄2 Ounce, powdered (15 Gram Or 2 Tablespoons)|
|Sugar||3 Ounce (75 Grams / 1/3 Cup)|
|Grated lemon rind||1|
|Grated orange rind||1|
|Papaw pulp||6 Ounce (175 Gram Or 1 Cup, Fresh Or Canned)|
|Limes/Lemons||2 , thinly sliced|
1 Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
Stir in the semolina and simmer for 5 minutes.
2 Blend together the gelatine and sugar, then stir into the hot milk and semolina mixture until it dissolves.
3 Flavour with the grated lemon and orange rind and juice.
Stir in the mashed papaw pulp and cool.
Tip: If you cannot obtain a papaw, you can use a melon instead.
