Sun Glory Papaw Pudding

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter Or 1 1/4 Cups)
  Semolina 2 Ounce (50 Grams Or 1/3 Cup)
  Gelatin powder 1⁄2 Ounce, powdered (15 Gram Or 2 Tablespoons)
  Sugar 3 Ounce (75 Grams / 1/3 Cup)
  Grated lemon rind 1
  Lemon juice 1
  Orange juice 1
  Grated orange rind 1
  Papaw pulp 6 Ounce (175 Gram Or 1 Cup, Fresh Or Canned)
  Papaw 1 Small
  Limes/Lemons 2 , thinly sliced
Directions

1 Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
Stir in the semolina and simmer for 5 minutes.
2 Blend together the gelatine and sugar, then stir into the hot milk and semolina mixture until it dissolves.
3 Flavour with the grated lemon and orange rind and juice.
Stir in the mashed papaw pulp and cool.
Tip: If you cannot obtain a papaw, you can use a melon instead.
