Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dark brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cubed white bread 2 Cup (32 tbs), trimmed, made from slices with crusts
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine the butter, milk and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat until butter is melted, stirring frequently to blend.
Remove from heat.
Whisk in the vanilla, eggs and salt.
Layer the bread cubes and chocolate chips in a greased 1 quart baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and chips.
Chill, covered with plastic wrap, for 5 hours.
Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan.
Add water to the larger pan to a depth of 1 inch.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.
