Hot Fudge Pudding
|Sifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking cocoa||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar and the 1 1/2 tablespoons baking cocoa into a bowl.
Stir in the milk and butter and mix well.
Stir in the chopped nuts.
Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish and sprinkle with a mixture of the brown sugar and the 1/4 cup baking cocoa.
Pour the water evenly over the surface.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
