Baked Chocolate Pudding Cake
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking cocoa||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa topping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, walnuts, salt, baking cocoa, butter and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
Spread the batter in a greased 9x9 inch cake pan.
Drizzle the Cocoa Topping over the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
