Perfect Bread Pudding
|Milk||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 1 Inch And A Day Old)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Can Use Dark Or Light Variety)|
Combine milk and eggs; pour over bread cubes.
Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to blend.
Spread mixture in greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
Set dish in shallow pan on oven rack.
Pour hot water around it 1 inch deep.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) about 35 to 40 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between center and outside edge comes out clean.
