|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Stock||3 Cup (48 tbs), seasoned|
Blend cornmeal, yeast and 1/2 cup of stock into a smooth paste.
Heat remainder of stock in top of double boiler, over direct heat.
When boiling, add cornmeal mixture and stir until smooth.
Place over bottom of double boiler, to which hot water has been added.
Cook over gentle heat until all liquid has been absorbed.
