Ozark Pudding

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Beat egg lightly and add sugar; add the apple and nuts; mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
